    • Oversee Facilities and Infrastructure of the County and its Buildings
  • Chairman, Cleveland County Public Facilities Authority
  • Chairman, Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority
  • Chairman, Cleveland County Board of Health
  • President, Multi-County Circuit Engineering District #5
  • Ex-officio Member, Community Services Building Board
  • Member, Advisory Board to OSU-County Training Program
  • Member, OSU Extension Advisory Board
  • Oversee Cleveland County ACE Program
  • Assisted in Creating New County Personnel Department
  • Created the first-ever Veterans Coordinator position for Cleveland County

Projects in District 2

  • Secured Grant with City of Norman for more than $25 Million Dollars for Infrastructure Projects in East Cleveland County
  • Completed Numerous Infrastructure Projects for cities of Moore, Norman, and Oklahoma City, and the Absentee Shawnee Tribe
  • Secured Over $1.8 Million Dollars in Grants for County Rural and Volunteer Fire Departments
  • Over 150 Road Miles Resurfaced Since Taking Office
  • 36 Miles of Chip and Seal and 30 Miles of Asphalt Overlay in Last Three Years
  • Assisted with Clean Up and Restoration of Roads After Spring, 2015 Floods
  • Maintenance and Construction of Needed County Roads and Bridges
  • Cleared Roads During Snow and Ice Storms; Assisted with Tornado Clean Up
  • Oversaw Creation of Service and Maintenance Building for District 2
  • Assisted Local Schools with Infrastructure Projects

State Leadership

  • Appointed by Governor to the Statewide 911 Management Authority and Chairman of the 911 Management Authority Legislative Committee
  • Member, Oklahoma Department of Transportation County Advisory Board
  • Appointed by Governor to the Safe School Commission
  • Testified before the House Common Education Committee on school safety and active shooter response in September 2018.

  • Chairman, National Association of Counties (NACO) Resilient Counties Committee
  • Past Chairman, Committee of Emergency Management and Homeland Security for National Association of Counties (NACO)

  • In March 2018, Stacy was invited by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as one of several select stakeholders from across the nation to Washington D.C. so the agency could share its proposed strategic plan and discuss how that plan would affect communities
